Dance

Dance has been my language since childhood—from winning the 1998 German Championship in garde dance sport and training in ballet, jazz, and contemporary, to shows and TV performances.

Travel transformed my practice from structured performance to free expression. I discovered ecstatic dance as communication beyond technique, leading to collaborations with musicians worldwide and a featured role in an 11-minute dance film by Treebench Films. Today, I guide movement sessions in spiritual communities, weaving dance with Sacred Geometry as both authentic self-expression and awareness movement meditation.
